If you're reading this, I thank you for sustaining enough interest to click the second tab. You rock. I guess this is where I'm supposed to talk about myself (cringe) and discuss the who, what, when, where and why of my blog (yawn).
Let's make this as painless as possible.
I'm a small town girl from Maryland with my heart set on writing. Unless I want to write about cows, farms, hunting, more cows, or trucks (which I don't), I won't be able to write from my beautiful hometown. My family rocks, shout out to my sister Jill just because I know she loves the attention. And yes, you are the favorite child.
I'm a sophomore at James Madison University (Go Dukes!), and the pressures of majors and careers are mounting. I'm currently double majoring in Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication, as well as Media Arts and Design, with a concentration in Journalism. It's a little wordy, I know. But if you have any magazine hook-ups, let a girl know. I'll be forever grateful.
I'm a blogging newbie, so cut me some slack. While I'm still figuring out the blog world (to post or not to post...), my intentions are completely figured out. I want to create a world for readers to feel better about themselves and feel a little happier everytime they leave my page.
